IAC 35 Annual Banquet 3-17-07 Photo Gallery

The IAC35 winter banquet had great attendance, although the previous night's snow storm did keep a few folks from attending. Between dinner and dessert we recognized chapter member accomplishments and had a great raffle of donated items. IAC sent chapter service awards for members who made the chapter run in 2006:

Guenther Eichhorn for his internet work
Rob Petit for producing the chapter newsletter
Sheldon Apsell for being keeper of the chapter finances
Farrell Woods for serving as chapter Secretary
Wes Liu for serving as Vice President
Steve Till for serving as Chapter President

We recognized and awarded IAC Northeast Regional Series trophies. Chapter member Bill Gordon earned 1st Place Intermediate. Wes Liu earned 2nd Place Sportsman. Byron Brumbaugh earned 1st Place Sportsman. We had the 2006 "Burns" Award for Charles Schumacher, awarded in memory of the late chapter member Ron Burns, and awarded for 2006 in recognition of all of the "adjustments" that were done to Charles' Extra 300 since he purchased it. Finally, we had a special award for our host, Sheldon Apsell, photographically commemorating his first 1st Place Intermediate competition achievement.
